By accessing and using Journament, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. Journament is provided by ZincirX Bilişim Teknoloji ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. to users in Türkiye and by ZincirX Inc. to all other users; for a purchase, your billing country decides (section 11). "We", "us" and "our" mean whichever of the two companies you deal with.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By using Journament, you agree to these Terms of Service
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information

2. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must not share your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts

3. Acceptable Use

  • Use services only for lawful research and academic purposes
  • Do not attempt to access unauthorized areas
  • Do not use automated tools to scrape data without permission
  • Do not upload malicious code or spam
  • Respect intellectual property rights

4. Intellectual Property

  • Journament content is protected by copyright
  • Journal and article data belong to their respective owners
  • You may use data for personal research purposes
  • Commercial use requires explicit permission

5. Blockchain and NFTs

  • NFT minting is subject to blockchain network fees
  • Transactions are irreversible once confirmed
  • You are responsible for your wallet security
  • Smart contract terms govern NFT ownership
  • We do not control blockchain network operation

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Services provided "as is" without warranties
  • We do not guarantee accuracy of all data
  • Journal scores are algorithmic estimates
  • We are not liable for publication decisions

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Maximum liability limited to fees paid in past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for third-party content

8. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate for violations
  • Termination does not affect blockchain NFTs

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may modify these terms at any time
  • Changes effective upon posting
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance

10. Governing Law

  • These terms governed by applicable laws
  • Disputes resolved through arbitration

11. Purchases and Seller

  • Prices are set in US dollars. Buyers in Türkiye pay them in Turkish lira at the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye's USD rate, with 0% VAT (KDV) under the Teknopark exemption; the price shown is the total
  • The Distance Sales Agreement sets out the full terms of each purchase
